County Convention

BCRP will hold the Bastrop County Republican Party's County Convention at the following location:

The Bastrop County Republican Party's "County Convention" will be held on March 28th, 2026 beginning at 9:00am.

To be eligible to participate in the County Convention you must have been nominated and elected as a Delegate or Alternate at your Precinct Convention. Guests are welcomed to attend, but must be recognized by the Convention Chair to speak.

The agenda and committee meetings will take place following the opening ceremony. State Convention Delegates and Alternates will be nominated and elected. Issues approved at the Precinct Conventions will be discussed and if approved will be sent forward to the State Convention.

State Convention

The Republican Party of Texas' "State Convention" will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. Committee meetings will begin June 8th, 2026, with the Convention beginning June 11th thru June 13th 2026.

To be eligible to participate in the State Convention you must have been nominated and elected at your County Convention as a Delegate or Alternate.
